When we decided we wanted to make sparkling wine we also wanted to make our mark. We looked at all the fantastic offerings in the English sparkling wine category and decided to make our sparkling wine in a different way.

Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, we were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
